Terms of Service

The service

Sirati is a platform for creating, designing, and downloading résumés as PDFs in Arabic and English, with AI tools that help you write, translate, and extract your data.

Your account

• The information you sign up with must be accurate, and the email must be yours.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything done through your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old, or use the platform with a guardian's consent.

Free trial and subscription

• Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial with all features, no credit card required.
• When the trial ends, the account moves to the free plan: one résumé and 3 watermarked PDF downloads. Your résumés stay saved.
• Pro costs SAR 15 for 30 days from the payment date, paid through Moyasar.
• The subscription does not renew automatically and we never charge you without you paying yourself. To continue after it ends you pay again, and the new period is added to any time you have left.
• If a payment fails or you're charged without Pro being activated, email us within 7 days and we'll fix it or refund you.

Your content

• What you write in your résumé is yours, and you are responsible for its accuracy.
• You allow us to store and process your content only as needed to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
• You must not include fake information, qualifications, or experience, or another person's data without their permission.

AI features

Text suggested, extracted, or translated by AI may contain mistakes. Always review it before using your résumé; you are responsible for the final content.

Acceptable use

You may not use the platform to:

• Commit fraud, impersonate anyone, or present fake qualifications to employers.
• Try to access other people's accounts, disrupt the platform, or bypass plan limits.
• Upload content that violates the laws of Saudi Arabia.

Account suspension

We may suspend any account that breaks these terms. You may stop using the platform and ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing us.

Limitation of liability

We work to keep the service available and accurate, but provide it as is and don't guarantee you a job or that any employer accepts your résumé. We are not liable for indirect damages from using the platform, and in any case our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 30 days.

Changes

We may change these terms as the service evolves. We'll update the date at the top of this page, and continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
