Privacy Policy

Data we collect

• Account data: your full name, email address, and password (stored as a one-way hash that no one, including us, can read).
• Your résumé content: everything you enter, including personal details, experience, education, skills, languages, courses, certificates, and photo.
• Files you upload for AI extraction (PDF, images, or Word). They are processed on upload and the file itself is not kept.
• Subscription data: your plan, its end date, and the payment reference. We never see or store your card details.
• Limited technical data: your IP address to protect logins from guessing attacks, plus site visit counts and view counts of your résumé's verification page.

How we use your data

We don't sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone other than the service providers below, and only as far as needed to run the platform.

• To provide the service: saving your résumé, rendering it in templates, and generating PDFs.
• To run AI features when you ask for them: extracting data from your files, suggesting skills and summaries, and translating between Arabic and English.
• To manage your subscription and verify payments.
• To protect your account and the platform from abuse.
• To contact you about your account when needed, such as password recovery.

Service providers we rely on

These providers may process your data on servers outside Saudi Arabia, under their own data-protection policies.

• Cloudflare: hosting the site and the database where your data is stored, and sending account emails.
• Google (Gemini): processing text and files only when you use AI features. The content to be processed is sent at that moment.
• Moyasar: payment processing. You enter card details on Moyasar's page directly; they never pass through our servers.

The public verification page

Each résumé has its own verification code. Anyone with that code can open its verification page and see your name, job title, the number of your experience and education entries, and your certificate names and issuers. Contact details are not shown. Share the code only with people you want to verify your résumé.

Cookies

We use only two cookies: one to keep you logged in (it expires after 30 minutes of inactivity), and one to remember your chosen language. We use no tracking or advertising cookies.

Data retention

• We keep your account and résumés for as long as your account exists.
• A résumé you delete moves to the trash and is permanently deleted after 10 days.
• If you ask us to delete your account, we permanently delete it along with all its résumés.

Your rights

Under Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law, you may access your data, correct it, request a copy, and request its deletion. You can edit most of your data directly in your account; for anything else, email siraticv.com@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Security

Every page is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), passwords are hashed, and failed login attempts are rate-limited. Still, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service changes. We'll update the date at the top of this page and notify you by email of significant changes.
